Using a three-step Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process to make things exact
Precision metal injection molding is when metal powder mixed with a binder is injected into a mold to make parts with very tight tolerances and complicated shapes.
Debinding takes the binder off of the molded “green part” in a controlled way, getting it ready for the next step while keeping its shape and structure.
Sintering heats the part in a controlled furnace, which bonds metal particles together to make finished parts that are strong, dense, and very precise.
Every step, from getting raw materials to shipping the finished product, is designed for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
